2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the products on our website. However, there may be slight variations in colours, sizes, or details due to monitor settings or manufacturing processes, and using limited materials.

  • Prints: Our prints are created using sustainable and eco-friendly production methods and are printed on recycled cotton rag for longevity.

  • Clothing: Our sustainable clothing is made with materials that are ethically sourced and designed to minimize environmental impact.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we process your payment and dispatch the products.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via stripe (using most visa and debit cards), paypal and afterpay.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import tax for shipping outside of Australia.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping, and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

  • International Shipping: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt for clothing only, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. There are no returns for prints or artwork. We do not give exchanges nor refunds, returns will have the $ amount loaded onto a gift card for future use.

  • How to Return/Exchange: Please contact us at paradisethelabel@outlook.com for return instructions.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as prints, artwork and sale items, are not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If returning from overseas, customer will need to mark item as return to avoid import taxes. Any taxes that are charged to the shipment as a result of the customer returning incorrectly will need to be covered by the customer and will be taken from the amount returning to a giftcard.
