Orders are dispatched between 1-3 days after ordering, if you require your item soon, please let me know and I can give you an estimated delivery date based on your location.
Delivery within Australia can be roughly 3-5 days depending on location.
Prints are non returnable.
Clothes are returnable for exchange or $ amount loaded onto a giftcard.
Please email paradisethelabel@outlook.com to initiate a return, include your name, order number and pieces you would like to return.
Please email within 14 days of receiving the item, you will be given directions to send the item back. The cost of returning is the responsibility of the buyer.
Sale items are non returnable.
If shipping outside of Australia, there may be imports taxes to pay, this is the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
